How It Works

Ready to solicit top talent for your open, fee approved positions?  Simply log in to TALENThire.com, and post the opening including description, salary range, minimum qualifications, and the flat fee your company is willing to pay. Since TALENThire.com is a private, subscription based network, you also have the flexibility to allow certified TALENThire.com members OR your own pre-approved vendors to view your postings and submit candidates. In addition, you have the ability to schedule and host conference calls with recruiters, ensuring the best possible candidates submitted to your openings. 

These positions are only viewable by TALENThire.com network members, not candidates. Once your openings are posted to TALENThire.com, members of the TALENThire.com network are notified through the system and submit qualified, interested, and available candidates that are an exact match to your needs. Emails are sent to the submitting firm, the talent seeking firm, as well as the candidate announcing the submittal. These candidates are then viewable in your TALENThire.com account, where you are able to initially screen their backgrounds, providing immediate feedback to the submitting organization and your hiring managers. You have full flexibility to change, modify, or delete your postings, as well as fully manage your candidate pipeline through TALENThire.com.

how it works

Once interviews have taken place and a hiring decision is made, an invoice is generated through the TALENThire.com system to the talent seeking firm. The fee, minus a transaction fee, is then paid out to the submitting firm.  Once the transaction is complete, both firms rank the transaction based on candidate quality, timeliness of submittals, interaction among firms, responsiveness, feedback quality, and accuracy of the position submittal.
