ATLANTA, May 5, 2009 -- The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG), the world's largest user knowledgebase for Oracle Applications users, introduces its next-generation OAUG Job Board to serve the Oracle community by providing an enhanced environment and tools to facilitate hiring qualified staff.

The OAUG Job Board, which is co-developed by Atlanta-based TALENThire.com, a provider of talent acquisition solutions, is free to qualified job seekers, OAUG members and non-members, and provides an array of features designed to make the job-search process more efficient and effective by highlighting specific skills and needs. Each job seeker's online profile allows him or her to post a resume and showcase special skills through a streamlined and tailored profile and position submission process. This enables job seekers to classify themselves by application type, experience and unique skill set. Candidates may also apply to jobs directly, save job searches and track job applications.

Employers can use the job board to post job descriptions and search for candidates based on product area expertise and experience. The OAUG Job Board is offering free employer position postings through the end of May 2009. Beginning June 1, OAUG members may post jobs for a nominal fee per position, and quantity discounts are also available.
